CEO

In addition to his role as CEO with YogaSolve, Raghurai is the Managing Partner at Yoga Yoga. He partnered with the founders of Yoga Yoga in 2000 and has since taken the business from one yoga studio to five, including the organization's first yoga wellness spa which offers ayurvedic influenced spa services in addition to yoga. In 2008, he established an alliance between Yoga Yoga and GoodHealth Commons at Seton Medical Center Williamson in Round Rock to integrate the benefits of yoga into healthcare through their integrative wellness and education center. In 2007, Raghurai helped launch the Yoga Care Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports research, education, and community outreach around the benefits and practice of yoga, and currently he serves as a board member for the organization. A national presenter, Raghurai is a featured speaker at this year's International Association of Yoga Therapists Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research in March. Raghurai has been practicing yoga since 1981 and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2001.

Raghurai's extensive background in business management, marketing and operations comes from his experience as a consultant and business owner of traditional businesses (sales and manufacturing) and non-traditional enterprises (multiple yoga studios). His work style combines conventional business strategy with a commitment to create a more heart-centered work environment. Through his course The Yogic Edge, Raghurai explores conscious business practices rooted in yogic principles for business professionals concerned with a more meaningful work experience. His blog about business, yoga, and sustainability explores “the 'razor's edge' that allows us to successfully balance non-attachment (aparigraha) with paying the rent.


Roberta Lang Roberta Lang
Executive Vice President

Roberta serves as Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of YogaSolve. She believes YogaSolve plays an important role in filling the void that exists for the rapidly growing number of people who want to take more responsibility for their health and wellness but don't have the tools or support they need. In addition to her role with YogaSolve, Roberta volunteers as a Yoga Yoga advisory board member where she consults on a wide range of business matters, including leadership and financial issues, teambuilding and employee empowerment, and marketplace position. Her love for yoga began in the 1970s and continues today.

Roberta also serves as General Counsel and Global Vice President of Legal Affairs for Whole Foods Market, Inc., a fortune 500 company and the world's largest retailer of natural and organic foods. Prior to her current roles, Roberta represented international and domestic clients. Her background, which is rooted in a love for entrepreneurship, also includes many years as a caterer and as an owner and partner of a natural food store in the Midwest. She sits on the board of the Whole Planet Foundation and was a board member of the former Animal Compassion Foundation. Roberta earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University and her Juris Doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law.


Mehtab Singh Mehtab Singh
Founder of Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas

Mehtab and his wife Guru Karam are the founders of Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas, which had its beginnings over 13 years ago in an extra room at their Austin home. A four-time presenter at the Southwest Yoga Conference and a recipient of the International Kundalini Yoga Teacher's Association "Building Communities in Yoga" award in 2000, Mehtab has taught Kundalini Yoga workshops and classes to students and teachers from around the world at the annual Kundalini Yoga Summer Solstice gathering in New Mexico. He is on the Board of Directors for the 3HO Foundation, dedicated to spreading teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and serves as Vice President of the Yoga Care Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports research, education, and community outreach around the benefits and practice of yoga.

The author of 11 books and over 100 articles on yoga, health, diet and nutrition, Mehtab completed his first Kundalini Yoga teacher-training program in 1974 at the Hargobind Ashram in San Rafael, California where he taught Kundalini Yoga in the public schools and in drug rehabilitation programs. He is a Level 1 and Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer and an Experienced 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500). He has an educational background in psychology with advanced training in Integrative Yoga Therapy.
